Since 1940, the building at 1099 Euclid Ave in Atlanta’s Little Five Points neighborhood has been a staple of the city’s entertainment scene. Over the decades, it has served as a movie house, performance space, and community gathering spot, but since the 1980s, it has focused primarily on live music. Variety Playhouse has earned a reputation as one of the best venues in town to catch a show, meet up with friends, and enjoy favorite bands. A major renovation in 2016 enhanced the experience for both artists and audiences while preserving the venue’s unique charm and excellent acoustics.
